F1, after an amazing season in 2019, has come to a sudden halt in 2020, like every other sport, thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the sport has succeeded in creating news in these times, and keeping its fans involved with the happenings within it. The transfers have already started and few drivers have already found their garage for the upcoming season(s).

For the most part of the last few weeks, the team that has been creating the major buzz is Ferrari. In what was supposed to be the biggest news, Ferrari parted ways with 4-time Champion Sebastian Vettel and got a Spanish driver, Carlos Sainz on-board from Mclaren.

Now Vettel will surely be in the middle of talks with several teams for next year.

McLaren too was quick to announce the replacement for the outgoing Carlos Sainz as they got Daniel Ricciardo from Renault to partner Lando Norris.

However, even after those moves, there are various other seats on the grids that await their drivers for 2021. So, today, in this second article on F1 predictions, we will see through Alpha Tauri and Haas F1 teams and their possible line-ups for 2021.

Just in case you haven't read the first one covering Williams and Alfa Romeo, just click here.

Scuderia Alpha Tauri F1

Formerly known as the Scuderia Toro Rosso F1 team, Alpha Tauri was to make its debut in 2020. However, due to this crisis, the debut still stands pending. As far as the 2021 season is concerned, there are no drivers in the Alpha Tauri garage at the moment.

Both, Pierre Gasly's and Daniil Kvyat's contracts terminate at the end of the 2020 season. This team is still the team that sits below the Red Bull Racing F1 team. So, both these drivers who come from the Red Bull scouting process might get the wheel in the next season.

Both Gasly and Kvyat got a podium each in the 2019 season. With so much promise, there are high chances that these drivers will continue driving for this team in 2021. The one change that might come in is that Brendon Hartley could make a comeback. However, it is a highly unlikely comeback, to be honest.

But one thing is for sure, that this team is not moving away from drivers coming out of the Red Bull scouting process. So, major changes get a big NO from this team.

Haas F1

Haas is a young American Formula 1 team that will be in only its 6th season when they start in 2021. For the last 4 years, the team has the same driver combination in Kevin Magnussen and Romain Grosjean. What's more is that Grosjean has been with the team from their first season, and is yet to make an impact.

Magnussen has clearly produced results way better than Grosjean in 3 out of the 4 seasons they have been driving in identical cars.

According to some news sites, Haas had offered a seat to the outgoing Nico Hulkenberg for the 2020 season, but the deal did not fall through.

If willing to, Haas might be re-negotiating with Hulkenberg for a contract, as the current drivers haven't produced results that the team expects. There are slim chances of Grosjean retaining a seat at Haas. However, Magnussen might get an extension of the contract.

The seat that Grosjean might be vacating will see a lot of drama in the Haas garage. There is no certain driver that comes to mind who will be willing to partner with this team. One wild guess, however, would be of Antonio Giovanazzi moving bases to join Haas from Alfa Romeo.

So overall, though a very loose prediction, Haas will go in with Magnussen for another season and might get someone else in place of Grosjean. This new driver in the garage could be a rookie as well, for all you know!
