Apple Cider Vinegar is extremely underrated but it is one of the most beneficial thing in your life. ACV is formed as a raw organic vinegar ferment, producing a murky, brownish vinegar. If a vinegar looks crystal clear it’s been filtered and pasteurized to remove most of its nutrients. Here are some of the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar.

Boost Your Hair Health and Cure Dandruff:

Apple Cider Vinegar brings shine and smoothen your hair if you are struggling with frizzy and rough hair. It also cures itchy scalp and dandruff as it is antimicrobial which means it may control bacteria which leads to scalp itchiness. Plus it balances our hair’s pH level.You can use two tablespoon of the vinegar and mix it with water and apply to the scalp twice a week. It will reduce the flakes and give shiny silky hair.

Apple cider vinegar can also be used as a toner to apply on your face and it also reduces the scars of popped zit.
